My stats
Your personal stats screen — hours worked, distance, sessions, check-ins and a task summary for a period
The My stats screen gathers your figures for the selected period in one place: how much time you worked, the distance you covered, the number of GPS sessions, check-ins and — for trackers that support it — a task summary.
Where to find it
Settings → Account → Reports section → My stats (next to Mileage and Tasks nearby).
Period
At the top there is a period switch: Today, 7 days, 30 days, This month and Custom (pick a date range on the calendar). Changing the period recalculates every figure on the screen.
The GPS block
Figures for your work sessions in the period:
- Time — total time in sessions (shown as "Xh Ym").
- Distance — the distance covered.
- Sessions — the number of GPS sessions.
- Check-ins — arrival marks at a task's site.
The Check-ins tile may show a "+N not sent" caption — these are check-ins made on the device but not yet sent to the server (for example, you were offline). After syncing, the caption disappears and the server counter matches the local one.
The Tasks block
A summary of your tasks in the tracker for the period:
- Assigned — open tasks assigned to you.
- Closed — closed during the period.
- Created by me — created by you during the period.
- Watching — tasks where you are a watcher.
- Overdue — open tasks past their due date.
- Tracker time — time logged in the tracker's time entries.
Below are the By status and By priority breakdowns.
The Tasks block is not available for every tracker. If a tracker is connected on the device only and does not provide such a summary, the block is not shown — this is not an error. Currently the block supports Redmine.
"Tracker time" with "≥". If the value is shown as "≥ X h", only the entries from the first page of results were counted (the tracker does not sum time on its side) — the real total is no less than the one shown.
If you have several suitable trackers, the block is split by connector: a separate card for each tracker plus an "Assigned by connector" bar. If a tracker is unavailable (offline or access expired), its card shows No data, and the others stay in place.
"Me" and "Team" (for managers)
If you are a manager in a team organization and shared stats are turned on there, a Me / Team switch appears at the top:
- Me — your personal figures (everything above).
- Team — a summary for the whole team ("Team — total") and a Top by time list. Tapping an employee opens their personal view — but only if you share a tracker project with them; otherwise you get the message "No access to this member's stats."
Only aggregates are shown (time, distance, sessions, check-ins) — without exact GPS coordinates. The same team view opens from the Team tab → Detailed statistics — see Team for details.
The Team tab is shown only when the server confirms access. If shared stats are turned off by the organization, you are in a personal organization, or you do not have a manager role, there is no Me / Team switch — only your personal figures remain.
Network
The screen works only online — it is a "live" report, not offline data. Offline, a no-connection banner is shown, and outdated figures are never presented as current.
By organization
Stats are calculated for the active organization of your account. Switch the organization and you see its figures. See Account and organizations for details.
