Portal address, login and password — connecting Megaplan
The Megaplan connector shows your portal tasks and lets you comment on them and change their status. A project in Megaplan is a list filter, not a mandatory container: tasks without a project are visible too.
Time is written as a comment. Megaplan has no separate time entry: the session duration goes as a comment with the worked time and the date — together with the completion note, in a single comment. The full picture of the shift stays in Taskloc.
Creating Megaplan tasks from the app is not possible — the "+" button on the task list does not appear for Megaplan. Tasks are created in Megaplan itself.
How to connect
- Open Settings → Organizations → your organization → Integrations → "+" (or Settings → Connectors → "+" for a personal connector).
- Choose Megaplan.
- Enter the portal address — for example
account.megaplan.ru. - Enter the login and password of your Megaplan account. No portal administrator is needed.
- Tap Connect.
This is the real password of your Megaplan account. The app does not store it: the password goes to the portal in exchange for an access token, and only the token stays on the device. The token renews itself as long as you open the app regularly.

Task status
Megaplan changes the status not by writing a field but through an action ("start", "complete" and so on), and its API does not return the list of allowed actions. That is why automatic status change on tracking start and stop is turned off for Megaplan: the app does not guess the action from its name.
