Bitrix24 — connecting
Sign-in with Bitrix24 OAuth — connecting your portal
The Bitrix24 connector shows tasks from your portal and lets you comment, change status, log time and work with tags.
How to connect
- In the app: Settings → Organizations → organization → Integrations → "+" → Bitrix24 (or choose Bitrix24 at the first sign-in).
- Enter the portal address — for example
https://mycompany.bitrix24.com. - Tap Connect — a browser opens with the Bitrix24 authorization screen.
- Allow access — you will return to Taskloc, and the tasks will appear in the list.

Terminology
In Bitrix24 the task container is called a group (workgroup / project). The filters and cards in the app use this word.
Time tracking: the lock on the button in the portal
Time from the app is written to the Bitrix24 task on the lower plans too — the lock on the "Time tracking" button inside the portal does not get in the way (verified on a live portal on 06.08.2026). The lock closes an interface feature of Bitrix24 itself; the app writes time programmatically, by another route. After it is written, the time is visible both in the Bitrix24 task log and in the Taskloc task card (the "Time spent" block).
This is the opposite of custom fields (the section below): there the plan really does take a feature away from the app, here it does not. The general rule: a lock on a button in the tracker's interface is about the tracker's interface, not about what the app can do.
What is not supported
- Auto-pause of an idle session in the tracker.
- Custom task fields on plans below Professional — Bitrix24 does not let you create them, so mileage is not written to the task card and the geofence center is not filled in from an address. Mileage still stays in Taskloc reports; details and what to do — Custom fields.
- Portals of other organizations through the shared OAuth app (the current app covers only its own portal; other portals require publishing in Bitrix24.Market).
Troubleshooting
- Authorization error — make sure the portal address is correct and reachable from the device.
- The task list is empty — check that you are a member of workgroups and have tasks in the "Doing" role or other roles.
- The token has expired — reconnect the connector (Settings → Integrations → Bitrix24).
