Workspace personal token — connecting Weeek
The Weeek connector shows tasks from the projects of your workspace and lets you comment on them, move them across board columns and complete them. In the app the role of a project is played by a Weeek project; a board inside the project is optional. Work time is written to Weeek as a real time entry.
Attachments are not sent — you cannot attach files and photos to a Weeek task from the app.
How to connect
- Issue yourself a personal token: in Weeek open workspace settings → API. No administrator is needed, and the API is available on all Weeek plans.
- In the app open Settings → Organizations → your organization → Integrations → "+" (or Settings → Connectors → "+" for a personal connector).
- Choose Weeek and paste the token.
- Tap Connect — the app checks the token and shows which workspace the device is connected to. You do not need to enter an address: Weeek has a single cloud.
The token is equivalent to a password: the app stores it on the device and sends it with every request.
One workspace per device. Connecting a second workspace replaces the first one.

Weeek specifics
- Time entries are per day. One Weeek entry covers one day and is no longer than 24 hours, so a session that crosses midnight is written as several entries — one for each day.
- Completion is a separate action, not a column: a Weeek task can be completed in any column.
- A task without a board has no status — the app shows an empty status instead of guessing a column.
- A task in several projects. In Weeek one task can belong to several projects at once. In a list filtered by project, the app shows the task's status in that project.
- Description is accepted by Weeek only when the task is created — you cannot change it from the app later.
- Automatic status change on tracking start is configured by column name: one name ("In progress") works on all boards. If the task's board has no such column, the status will not change — the app will show a refusal.
- Create tracker fields at the task space level: a project or board field is not visible to all tasks. More in "Tracker fields".
Compatibility
- Cloud Weeek — the only option, Weeek has no on-premise version.
