Integrations

Connects to your tracker — extends, doesn't replace

Tasks stay in your tracker. Taskloc adds time, routes, check-ins and geofences to them, and sends time logs, comments, status changes and attachments straight to your tasks.

Jira Cloud only — our decision; Server and Data Center aren't supported.

Time and worklog — to tracker
Comments in the task, status change — where the tracker allows it
Attachments and visit photos — where the tracker accepts them
How it works

Three simple steps

Connect your tracker, pick a task, hit start. Everything else is automatic.
step 01Connect your tracker
Pick your tracker and authenticate once — with a token, a password or provider sign-in. A self-hosted tracker also needs its URL.
step 02Start the timer
Select a task from the list and tap start. The app records time and the GPS route.
step 03Data in your tracker
When the task is done, time automatically appears in your tracker. The route is saved in Taskloc.
Who it's for

Easier for the field, clearer for the manager

For the field
  • One tap and time is running
Pick a task, hit start — the timer and GPS route record themselves.
  • No manual reports
Hours and comments go to the tracker automatically.
  • Works offline
No signal — data queues on the device and syncs later.
For the manager
  • The team on the map
Who was where and on which task — visible in real time.
  • Worklog lands in the tracker
Time reaches tracker tasks without chasing the team.
  • Reports and exports
Mileage, visits, and hours — team summaries and export.

Use cases

Who needs this every day

Anywhere the work happens away from a desk — and still has to be backed by time, a check-in or a route.
Construction and installation
Crews on site: check in on arrival, log time against the work order task, send photos and comments straight to the tracker.
Logistics and delivery
Trip routes with stops and mileage. Mileage report for any period — no manual waybills.
Service and field engineers
Ticket from the tracker, geofence on the customer address, visit time logged back into the task automatically.
Visits and meetings without GPS
Field sales, auditors, lawyers, tutors: the task timer and check-in on arrival work with no route recorded at all.
Privacy

Your data, under your control

Taskloc does not sell or analyze your location data. Everything is stored where you decide.
No forced tracking
Tracking is only started manually. We don't collect background location data without your knowledge.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data between the device and server is transmitted over TLS. Tracker credentials are stored on the device in the Android Keystore by default; for Redmine and Taiga they are also kept encrypted on the server — server-side auto-pause needs them.
Self-hosted option
Deploy Taskloc on your own server — data stays on your server and never leaves your infrastructure.
152-FZ and GDPR compliant
The cloud version runs on servers in Russia and processes personal data under 152-FZ. Self-hosted keeps your data in your own jurisdiction. You can delete your account completely — along with all your data.
