Service status
The Free plan is provided at no cost and "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation: Taskloc is still actively evolving. This disclaimer does not extend to paid plans — their terms are set by the public offer.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for actions taken under it.
Acceptable use
Tracking employees is only allowed with their knowledge. Compliance with labor law when using the service is the responsibility of the employing organization.
Data processing
We process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may change these terms, giving users advance notice.
Paid services
Paid plans are provided under the terms of the public offer: it defines the subject of the contract, the price, the payment procedure, when access is granted, and how refunds work. Paying for a subscription means accepting the offer. If these terms and the offer differ on paid services, the offer prevails.
