Public offer

1. Parties and subject

This document is a public offer by ИП БРЮХОВЕЦКИЙ ВЛАДИМИР ВЯЧЕСЛАВОВИЧ (INN 744724023861), hereinafter the Provider, to grant access to the Taskloc service. The Customer is an individual or a company that takes out a paid subscription. Paying for a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer; the contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed.

2. Service description

Taskloc is a cloud service for tracking working time and GPS routes of field staff, syncing tasks and time entries with the Customer's task tracker. The Free plan costs nothing and covers a single seat in an organization. The paid Team plan covers the number of seats purchased and adds the team map, per-employee reports, report export, and the full statistics and route history.

3. Price

The Team plan costs 299 RUB per seat per month, starting from one seat; the Free plan is provided at no cost. All prices are in Russian roubles. The Provider may change prices; a change never affects a period already paid for.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or via SBP in the web app; payments are processed by YooKassa, and card details are never passed to the Provider. The subscription renews automatically: on the renewal date the next month is charged to the saved payment method. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time in the billing section of the web app — access remains until the end of the paid period. A fiscal receipt for every payment and refund is sent to the Customer.

5. How the service is delivered

The service is digital: access to the paid plan opens automatically as soon as the payment service confirms the payment, with no manual step. The service is used in the web app on this site and in the Android app under the same account. There is no shipping, no physical media, and no goods to deliver.

6. Refunds

Cloud subscription (monthly): if the Customer contacts us within 14 calendar days of the first payment, it is refunded in full. After that period, amounts paid for the current and past periods are not refunded — instead of a refund the Customer cancels auto-renewal and keeps using the service until the end of the paid period.

Self-hosted licence (paid annually): the Customer may terminate at any time and is refunded for the unused whole months of the paid year (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act: the Provider's actual costs correspond to the period already used).

To request a refund, write to support@taskloc.com from the address registered in the account and state the organization and the payment date. The refund is issued to the same card or account the payment came from; crediting time depends on the Customer's bank and normally does not exceed 10 business days. Once refunded, the paid subscription ends and the organization moves to the Free plan; no data is deleted.
